Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using FitAssVibe by Renu. These terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, features, and functionality.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FitAssVibe ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. FitAssVibe is operated by Renu Shah ("we", "us", "our") and is available to users worldwide, subject to applicable local laws.
2. Membership & Access
FitAssVibe offers tiered membership plans including Mat Access, Strength Access, and Mat + Strength Access, available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Upon purchase of a membership, you will be granted access to the class library corresponding to your chosen tier for the duration of your subscription. Access is personal and non-transferable — your account may not be shared with others.
3. Individual Class Purchases
In addition to membership plans, certain classes are available for individual purchase. Individual class purchases grant you permanent access to that specific class within the Platform. Class availability is subject to change at FitAssVibe's discretion.
4. Refund Policy
All purchases — including memberships and individual class purchases — are non-refundable. This policy applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel an annual subscription, you will retain access until the end of the annual term. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
5. Free Previews
Some classes are designated as free previews and are accessible without a membership. Free preview content may be changed, removed, or updated at any time. Access to free previews does not constitute a contractual relationship and confers no rights to continued access.
6. Billing & Automatic Renewal
Monthly memberships automatically renew on the same date each month. Annual memberships automatically renew on the same date each year. You authorise FitAssVibe to charge your payment method on file at the renewal date. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
7. Discount Codes
Discount codes are valid only for the plans and time periods specified. Codes may not be combined with other offers. FitAssVibe reserves the right to limit the use, modify, or discontinue discount codes at any time without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on FitAssVibe — including workout videos, images, text, graphics, logos, and program materials — is owned by Renu Shah or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may access content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, download, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from FitAssVibe.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to: share your account credentials or allow others to access content through your account; screen-record, download, or redistribute any class content; use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems; post, upload, or transmit any content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
10. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
The workout content provided on FitAssVibe is for general fitness and educational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions or injuries. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are participating in physical activity voluntarily and at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FitAssVibe and Renu Shah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of FitAssVibe after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
